  1. Check out the bulk aisle at your grocery store, and the health food aisle if they have one.
  2. Did you try Whole Foods? it's my favorite food market! it has everything. Well I love to eat Kashi for breakfast! But there isn't really a brand of Organic food I like, I just try things. The reason why I told you about whole foods is because it cost the same as Giant Eagle or Kroger or the "leading grocery stores" except Whole Foods is Organic.
  3. Cold Cereal/Granola: Nature's Path. They make the best-quality and best-tasting organic cereals and granolas. Milk: Ecomeal Organic Grass-Fed Milk. Very healthy because it is NOT ultra-pasteurized like most organic milks and plus the cow's are pasture-fed. Hot cereals, raw wheat germ, flaxseed meal, and whole-grain flour: Bob's Red Mill Peanut butter: Peanut Butter & Co, Smooth Operator. Best-tasting all-natural peanut butter! I don't know if you can find these at your regular supermarket, You would have to go to a Whole Foods, a Trader Joe's or a health food store. These places carry the best quality all-natural and organic products in the market. Supermarket chains usually have their own organic products, but the quality is not so great.
